End-to-end sourcing for industrial supplies, custom PPE, and packaging components beyond our catalog. You bring the spec — we vet the factories, verify the certifications, manage the freight, and put the product on your dock.
Our catalog covers ~92 SKUs across PPE and Jan/San. The sourcing program goes wherever you need it to — built around our existing manufacturing network in protective equipment, industrial textiles, packaging, and MRO components. If you're sourcing in adjacent categories, we probably already know the right factory.
Beyond what's in our standard catalog — cut-rated gloves, specialty respirators, FR clothing, ESD-safe equipment.
Primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for manufacturers, brand founders, and 3PL operations.
Industrial textiles, abrasives, tapes, lubricants — the long tail of supplies that keep operations running.
Bulk and packaged chemicals — degreasers, sanitizers, hand soap, surface care. Including private-formula manufacturing.
Adjacent categories where the manufacturing and certification logic overlaps with what we already source for PPE.
If it's manufacturable, certifiable, and shippable in pallet quantities — we can usually source it. Tell us what you need.
From the moment you send us a spec to the moment freight arrives at your dock, here's exactly what happens, in what order, and when. No black-box waiting periods.
You send drawings, samples, SKU references, or a written spec. We send back a sourcing scope: target unit cost, lead time, certifications required, projected MOQ.
Week 1We pull 2–4 candidate factories from our audited network. You see factory ID, audit status, capability summary, and indicative pricing for each. We do not reveal factory contacts until after engagement.
Week 2You pick a factory (or have us pick). We commission a pre-production sample. You inspect it. If it's not right, we iterate — either with the same factory or by moving to the second-choice factory.
Weeks 3–6Sample approved, PO placed. We manage the factory through three QC checkpoints: pre-line (raw materials), in-line (mid-production), pre-ship (full lot). Photos and inspection reports at each.
Weeks 6–14FOB or DDP, your call. We handle freight forwarder selection, container booking, customs brokerage, and last-mile coordination. You pick the Incoterm; we execute it.
Weeks 14–18Freight lands. We send the inspection package, certifications, and chain-of-custody docs. Reorders run faster (Steps 1–3 skipped) — usually 8–10 weeks total.
Weeks 18+Anyone who's sourced overseas before has been burned. Fake factories. Forged certifications. Sample quality that doesn't match production quality. Shipments that vanish at customs. We built the Bravon Sourcing program specifically to fix what's broken about typical overseas sourcing.
Every Bravon Sourcing project includes these six services as one bundled scope. No à la carte invoicing, no surprise add-ons mid-project.
We refine your spec into a manufacturable BOM. Materials, tolerances, certifications, packaging — all locked before factory engagement.
Shortlist from our audited network. We share factory IDs, audit status, capability summaries, and indicative quotes for 2–4 candidates.
Three-tier QC: pre-line inspection of raw materials, in-line during production, pre-ship inspection of the full lot. Reports with every checkpoint.
Certifications verified at the issuing body, not the factory. OSHA, ANSI, NIOSH, CE, FDA, NSF, EPA — we know which apply and how to verify each.
FOB or DDP — you pick. Freight forwarder selection, container booking, HTS pre-classification, customs brokerage, last-mile coordination.
You get the full document package on delivery: factory invoices, bill of lading, certifications, inspection reports, customs entry, chain-of-custody.
Forged certifications are the most common scam in overseas sourcing. We verify every cert directly with the issuing body — not by accepting a PDF from the factory. Here's what we check on every project.
Overseas sourcing has well-known failure modes. We don't pretend they don't exist — we engineer the process around them. Here are the seven biggest risks and exactly how we mitigate each.
Anonymized examples of the kinds of sourcing projects we typically run. If yours rhymes with one of these, we can probably help.
A regional distributor needed to add ANSI A4 cut-rated gloves to their line at a price point that protected wholesale margin. Their current supplier was at the wrong margin and the wrong lead time. We sourced from two pre-vetted factories, ran samples, locked the better one at a unit cost 19% lower than their incumbent — with shorter lead time on reorders.
A DTC brand founder needed custom-printed corrugated mailers, void fill, and inner cartons for a packaging refresh — small enough volume that traditional sourcing brokers wouldn't take the call. We bundled with an existing factory run and got their order through at a unit cost that hit the launch P&L target.
A regional healthcare network needed Level 2 isolation gowns at scale, with verified FDA device registration and chain-of-custody on every lot. Their previous supplier's FDA registration was attached to a different SKU. We sourced from a US-registered factory, verified the 510(k) clearance, and built a recurring monthly delivery schedule.
Sourcing isn't a product purchase — it's a service that delivers a product. The fee structure should match the project shape. We offer three models depending on project size, frequency, and your preference for cost predictability.
Whichever model you pick, the fee is disclosed before engagement. No backroom margins, no kickbacks from factories, no markup hidden inside the unit cost.
We charge a percentage of the all-in landed cost — typically 8–15% depending on category complexity, MOQ, and certifications required. Smaller projects sit on the higher end; large repeat orders on the lower end.
For large single-SKU projects, a flat fee disconnected from order size. Typical range $8K–$25K depending on category and certification scope. Reorders run at a reduced fee since sourcing work is already done.
For buyers who source continuously across many SKUs. Monthly retainer covers a defined scope of active projects, with reduced per-project fees on overflow. Includes priority response and dedicated sourcing manager.
The questions we hear most from new sourcing clients. If yours isn't here, ask us directly — we'll add it.
Wholesale is "I want to resell Bravon's catalog SKUs at scale." Private Label is "I want my brand on Bravon's existing supply chain." Sourcing is "I need a product Bravon doesn't currently sell — please find it for me." Different programs, different buyers, often the same company. Most sourcing clients also buy from our catalog wholesale.
We don't take projects under roughly $25K landed cost — the sourcing fees don't amortize well below that threshold. The sweet spot is $50K–$500K per project. Above that, the fee percentage drops; below the minimum, we'll usually refer you to a competitor better suited to small orders.
Both. Our network is heaviest in Asian manufacturing (Vietnam, Malaysia, India, China) because that's where most PPE-adjacent capacity lives — but we have domestic and nearshore (Mexico) partners for projects where US-made or USMCA-eligible is a requirement. Tell us your sourcing constraints up front.
You get the audit summary before factory selection — facility size, employee count, capability rating, last on-site visit date, certifications held. For projects where it matters, you can join us on a virtual or in-person factory visit before committing. Factory IDs are also cross-checkable against public business registries in their country of operation.
Bravon stands between you and the factory. If a pre-ship inspection catches defects, the lot doesn't ship — we work the factory to rework or replace. If defects slip past pre-ship inspection (rare, but it happens), Bravon owns the remedy — we don't make you fight the factory directly. The contract terms are explicit on this.
Yes, with the caveat that our network is densest in PPE, industrial textiles, packaging, MRO consumables, and chemicals — categories where the manufacturing logic overlaps with what we already do. For categories outside that (electronics, machinery, finished goods), we'll be honest about whether we're the right partner before quoting.
Bravon does. Sourcing clients can reorder through us indefinitely, and we maintain the factory relationship across reorders. We do not provide factory contact details to clients during or after engagement — that's how middleman brokers operate, and it's the opposite of the program we built. Reorders run faster and cheaper through us anyway.
Master sourcing agreement covering scope, fees, IP, QC standards, and remedy terms. Per-project statements of work for each engagement. Mutual NDA standard. We sign yours or you sign ours — either works. Contract review typically takes 1–2 weeks; we'll start factory shortlist work in parallel once the master is in motion.
Tell us what you need, in whatever detail you have it. Drawings, samples, SKU references, a competitor's spec sheet — all useful. We'll come back within 48 hours with a scope, indicative pricing, and a candidate factory list.
